By virtue of Law Nº 28251; The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) has created the policy against the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents (ESNNA). Therefore, the ESNNA code and FEAR FACTOR PERU have an agreement of joint actions to prevent and eradicate this problem. We hereby declare that:
We reject the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents (ESNNA) in Peru and worldwide, in general, and particularly in its modality associated with travel and tourism, as it is conduct that violates the fundamental rights of people, contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourism activity in our country.
We denounce and condemn those who use tourism activity, facilities, and services to promote, facilitate, or tolerate the occurrence of sexual exploitation of girls, boys, and adolescents; and by virtue of the above.
